At all things pretty, each order is carefully packed and prepared with care and attention to detail.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package along the way.
Please note:
- Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will always do our best to assist you
